Montgomery County police responded to a report of a pickpocket in Germantown last night. Unlike most pickpocket cases that occur in stores or other crowded public areas, this incident was reported in a residential parking lot. The pickpocket allegedly picked the victim's pocket in the lot of a townhome development in the 19900 block of Stoney Point Way around 7:06 PM, according to crime data.
