Mojitos Bar & Grill is coming soon to 8035 Snouffer School Road in the Horizon Center in Montgomery Village. Owner Elmer Iglesias is the man behind Humitos Grill, a Greek restaurant. Mojitos will serve American cuisine, and if Humitos is any indication, will offer a lively nightlife addition to the Village, as well. Iglesias hopes to open the 3875-square-foot restaurant in January. Operating hours are expected to be 9:00 AM to 2:00 AM Sunday through Thursday, and 9:00 AM to 3:00 AM on Fridays and Saturdays.
