The new Gaithersburg location of True Food Kitchen now has an opening date. The restaurant will open at 221 Rio Boulevard at Rio Lakefront on April 25, 2022. That is right on schedule with the chain's stated April 2022 target opening date. This will be a prime outdoor dining spot when the weather eventually catches up to the seasons, with a grand lakefront view.
