Dogfish Head Alehouse at 800 W. Diamond Avenue in Gaithersburg has a spicy Burger of the Week this pre-holiday week. Try the Quesadilla Burger through Saturday at the brewpub. An 8 oz. beef patty is wrapped in a cheddar & jalapeño quesadilla, and topped with avocado, queso dip, sautéed onions & peppers, and a chipotle aioli. It's served with pico de gallo, sour cream, & homemade tortilla chips for $16.00. Dogfish recommends pairing the burger with its signature Alehouse 75, a blend of its 60 Minute & 90 Minute IPAs.
