Two people were assaulted at a restaurant in Germantown yesterday, August 3, 2026. Montgomery County police were called to a restaurant in the 12900 block of Middlebrook Road at 10:03 PM Monday. According to police, two people were arguing outside of the restaurant. A third individual approached and pepper sprayed them. The suspect was described by police only as "a man."
