Montgomery County police responded to a report of a burglary at a gas station in Germantown in the early morning hours of September 5, 2025. The incident occurred at the Liberty gas station at 13411 Kingsview Village Avenue. Officers arriving at the scene found evidence of forced entry at the business. They determined that merchandise had been stolen from inside the Liberty Market convenience store at the station.
Police describe the suspect only as a Black male of unknown age. No surveillance camera footage has been made available as of this writing. If you can identify the suspect, or have any other information about this incident, call police at (301) 279-8000.
