Montgomery County police responded to a report of a strong-arm carjacking at a Germantown apartment complex early yesterday morning, September 25, 2023. The carjacking was reported in the parking lot of an apartment complex in the 18800 block of Bent Willow Circle at 1:10 AM Monday. That is the Cherry Knoll Apartments off Wisteria Drive near Gunners Lake.
