Since my last update on the new Pollo Campero restaurant at 426 N. Frederick Avenue in Gaithersburg, they've unwrapped the dining room furniture, and installed the booths, tables and chairs. Menu boards are in place behind the counter. Best of all, new signage indicates they will be using the drive-thru. Yessss! That beats Popeyes, which bizarrely doesn't seem to have any drive-thrus at its Montgomery County restaurants like KFC does (this was previously a KFC).
