Gaithersburg police were called to investigate a report of a kidnapping on the evening of November 3, 2021. The abduction was reported on an unspecified block of Raven Avenue at 6:19 PM, according to crime data. That is in a newer townhome and apartment community. The reported victim was an adult, data indicates. No further information is available at this time.k
This was actually an attempted kidnapping. The victim managed to escape the grasp of the suspect, who fled, and seek help from a approaching vehicle.
