Work is picking up speed at the future site of Royal Farms at the Spectrum development in Gaithersburg. It looks like they are digging to place the underground fuel tank for the mega gas station component of the convenience store. Brilliantly located at the I-270 interchange with Watkins Mill Road, the store is well ahead of the Gaithersburg Wawa in the race for opening day.
