Chennai Hoppers is holding a soft opening at 136 Paramount Drive in Gaithersburg. The menu selections will initially be limited, to allow staff to get up to normal speed with cooking and serving customers - but the fairly large number of items available now suggests the permanent menu will be quite extensive.
