Motel 6 at 497 Quince Orchard Road in Gaithersburg has changed hands. It was sold February 4, 2020 for $6,075,000, according to Maryland real estate records. The buyer was GAI Enterprises of Columbia. This hotel has a prime spot right off the I-270 interchange there.
