The former Growlers building at 227 E. Diamond Avenue in Olde Towne Gaithersburg has been sold. It was acquired by 227 E. Diamond, LLC, a shell company. The sale price was $1,500,000, according to Maryland real estate records. The 1903 building has been undergoing a conversion into Sardi's Taphouse this year.
Does this mean that the Sardis' have walked away from their plans?
