Montgomery County police were called to a library in Gaithersburg on Thursday, November 14, 2024, after someone reported having been the victim of a 2nd-degree assault there. The assault was reported at the Quince Orchard Library at 15831 Quince Orchard Road at 2:30 PM Thursday. That is across the street from Quince Orchard High School.
