Koi Sushi is coming soon to Gaithersburg, according to signage posted on its future storefront. It will be located at 201 Boardwalk Place at Rio Lakefront. That is right next to another new arrival at the Peterson Cos. property, Mason's Famous Lobster Rolls. Progress on the interior fit-out of the restaurant is unknown, as the windows are blacked out.
