Gaithersburg's Mayor and Council will hold a public hearing on the future of the Leidos/IBM property at 700 N. Frederick Avenue
tonight, June 3, 2019 at 7:30 PM at City Hall. The proposed sketch plan for the site would construct two "flex buildings" for biotech, logistics, manufacturing, or warehouse uses in two phases, with the one closest to Montgomery Village Avenue to be built first.
